En'flower'ment is when we are living in alignment with our true nature and giving birth to our dreams passionately, lovingly and joyfully. When we have closed the gap between who and what we are not and remembered that which we may have forgot, our divine essence.  Unfortunately, it seems that instead of enjoying the positive potential and abudance within many of us feel blocked, disconnected or entirely off track in our lives.  This can create a deep sense frustration and confusion about who we truly are and how we can go about freely expressing our unique essence and creativity.

 

I have created The Flower Within as a place dedicated to the exploration of well-being, alchemy and self-mastery.  As a step towards a return to true wealth of self and wholeness.  The treatments and techniques used facilitate a shift in liberating us from limiting beliefs, negative thought programming, emotional blockages as well as physical pain.  They allow us to eliminate that which is not serving us and move back towards our powerful loving and creative selves.

 

I am very passionate about this process of liberation and helping people to harmonize with their true selves, their core centre in order to flourish and bloom. Over the past few years I  have established and run a retreat facility in rural France which gave clients the freedom to relax, recharge and rejuvenate within an idylic natural setting as well as healing practices in both Buenos Aires, Argentina and Punta del Este, Uruguay.  I have recently returned to the UK but continue to offer consultations and distance sessions internationally.

 

I am a qualified practitioner in Intergrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.) The Emotion Code, The Hormone Cure and have certification in Nutrition, Massage, Skincare, Crystals and Colour therapies as well as Medical Astrology and Herbalism and Coaching. Giving ourselves time and permission to address any health issues, imbalances or emotional upset is undoubtedly the first step in returning to an abundant, powerful and healthful state of being.  Through compassion and self-care we can often bring about the positive shifts in our well-being and vitality that we are seeking.
